
1、 Overview of water meter type electromagnetic flowmeter
The water meter type electromagnetic flowmeter is designed specifically for the water industry to meet the needs of urban water supply and water resource management systems (RTUs), providing information management services to ensure accurate water fee calculations. It is widely used in places without power supply, such as urban water supply, sewage treatment, water conservancy engineering, and other water resource management industries.
The water meter type electromagnetic flowmeter adopts a specially designed sensor excitation system and high-performance lithium battery power supply system, and uses a 16 bit embedded ultra low power consumption processor with full digital signal processing. It has the characteristics of stable operation, high measurement accuracy, and strong anti-interference ability. It realizes automatic bidirectional flow measurement, on-site instantaneous flow and cumulative total amount display, self diagnostic fault alarm, RS485 interface, and wireless remote transmission of GSM/GPRS data. Users can achieve wireless remote transmission and storage of flow data through the powerful GSM/GPRS remote monitoring and management software system.
2、 Characteristics of water meter type electromagnetic flowmeter
1. Micro power consumption design, five 3.6V lithium batteries, excitation current ≤ 20mA, continuous uninterrupted operation for 5-10 years, and easy battery replacement;
2. The monitor adopts an LCD large screen backlit LCD display, with a full Chinese menu and automatic bidirectional measurement. It can display multiple flow parameters such as instantaneous flow rate, flow rate, pressure, cumulative total amount in both directions (displayed in 10 valid digits), battery level, clock, and alarm prompt;
3. There are no movable or resistance components inside the measuring tube, and there will be no entanglement or blockage. There is almost no pressure loss, and it can work reliably and continuously for a long time;
4. Wide measurement range: The flow velocity measurement range can reach 0-15m/s;
5. High measurement accuracy: ± 0.2%, ± 0.5%;
6. Measurement stability: The measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in physical parameters such as temperature, pressure, viscosity, and density of the measured medium;
